Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the trader identified below and users of the online store smellterminator.com (the “Store”) when purchasing Smell Terminator products. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

2. Products and prices
The main characteristics, price and package size of each product are stated on the product page. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are not included in the product price; they are displayed in the cart and at checkout before you confirm your order.
Product photos are for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in color and packaging may occur and do not affect the product’s properties.
3. Placing an order and conclusion of the contract
- Add the products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your delivery details and select a delivery and payment method from those available at checkout.
- Before confirming, you will see the total amount, including delivery, and can correct your details.
- The contract is concluded when you receive an email from us confirming your order.
We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of an obvious pricing error or if the product is out of stock. In this case, we will notify you and refund the full amount paid.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Card payments are processed by Shopify’s payment service provider—we do not receive or store your card details.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Bulgaria. Delivery times, costs and thresholds for free delivery are described on the Delivery and Returns page and displayed at checkout. Check the parcel in the presence of the courier upon receipt.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product (Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act). We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days. The terms and procedure for returns are described on the Delivery and Returns page.
7. Legal guarantee of conformity and complaints
We are liable for any lack of conformity of the product with the contract that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery, in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods. In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to have the product brought into conformity (replacement), a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Submit a complaint via the contact form, stating your order number, describing the problem and, if possible, attaching a photo. We will respond within 14 days, and the complaint will be resolved within 30 days of its submission.
8. Safe use
Use the products only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions and warnings on the label. Store them out of reach of children.
9. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute resolution
We will endeavor to resolve any dispute through discussion. If this is not possible, you may submit a complaint to the CPC or refer the matter to a consumer dispute conciliation commission (information at kzp.bg). Any disputes that remain unresolved will be settled by the competent Bulgarian court.
11. Amendments
We may amend these terms. The terms published at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
