Delivery and Payment
We ship orders from our warehouse in Sofia via Econt and Speedy. All prices below include VAT and apply to deliveries within Bulgaria.

2. Shipping Deadlines
Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are processed on the next business day. During promotional campaigns, processing may take up to 48 hours—in that case, you’ll receive an email.
3. Payment
- Debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) – payment is processed by Shopify Payments.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Cash on delivery – with a €1.48 fee payable to the courier.
- Bank transfer for business orders over €102.26.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We extend this period to 30 days. The product must be in a resalable condition—an opened and partially used package is acceptable, as you cannot judge the fragrance without trying it.
5. How to return a product
- Email us at zdravei@smellterminator.bg with your order number.
- You’ll receive a return form and address within 24 hours.
- Send the parcel — if the item is defective, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
- We’ll refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used.
6. Damaged or incorrect shipment
If the parcel arrives damaged, open it in front of the courier and describe the damage on the waybill. Email us a photo within 48 hours—we’ll replace the product at our expense without waiting for the old one to be returned.
